ALYSSA DONAHUE, RYT-200
Alyssa is an RYT 200 certified teacher whose yoga journey started originally as a means for cross training for running, cycling and as a previous PSU Cheerleader. She came to realize its many other benefits like the mindfulness that it helps one cultivate on and off the mat. In her yoga classes she likes to focus on movements that strengthen and lengthen the whole body while keeping safe alignment. Her classes often have an emphasis on engaging the core. When she is not teaching yoga, Alyssa is an optometrist and loves encouraging healthy lifestyles. She likes being active and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
