Anissa went to her first yoga class in 2000.
She took her 200 hour training in 2011 and became Ashtanga Certified through Yoga Ah in Cincinnati.
She enjoys witnessing her students walk out the door with the “yoga glow”.
Her varied level vinyasa flows invite you to open your mind, become aware of your breath as a guide and to find stillness.
Anissa approaches her instruction with humor and lightheartedness.
