Enjoy what the practice has to Teach Us
I discovered Yoga in 2005 after overuse injuries forced me to take a break from my usual workouts. I was looking for a way to maintain the fitness level I had worked so hard to attain while I healed. So I bought a book and taught myself the Asthanga primary series. From there I was hooked and wanted to deepen my practice. In 2012 I graduated from YogahOMe’s teacher training program and have taught in the fitness environment as well as the studio. Yoga for me started out as another type of workout but has morphed into much more over time. These days I enjoy the more subtle aspects of the practice and what it can teach us about ourselves. That is what I hope to share with others.
