  • How do I change my account level?
    • To change your account level, first look for the My Account link in the main navigation at the top right. Click on My Account. You will then see the details of your account with DRISHTIQ Yoga. Under the My Memberships section you will see the currently level you are on either Monthly or Annual. There will be a link below your membership level that says Change. Click that to be taken to the Membership Levels page where you can select and then checkout with the new membership level.
  • How do I change my billing information?
    • To change your billing information, first look for the My Account link in the main navigation at the top right. When you hover over the My Account navigation you will see a link for Billing Info. Click Billing Info and you will see your previously saved billing information and you will have the option to update your credit card.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    • If you are on a Monthly membership plan, your credit card will be charged 5 days from the date of signup and then every month after that. If you are on the Annual membership plan, your credit card will be charged 5 days from the date of signup and then every year after that.
  • What are my personal responsibilities as a virtual yoga participant?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • A DRISHTIQ customer (“Student”) may cancel her/his agreement to attend and pay for DRISHTIQ classes and workshops at any time by providing notice to DRISHTIQ via email to info@drishtiqyoga.com or via regular mail to: DRISHTIQ Yoga 6209 Snider Road Unit D, Mason, Ohio 45040 or via telephone to 513-204-0270. The agreement to attend and pay for DRISHTIQ classes and workshops will terminate at the end of then current billing period in which notice was received and the student’s credit card will not be charged for the next billing period; except that: if a Student dies or becomes disabled and cannot participate in DRISHTIQ YOGA’s classes or workshops, the Student shall only be liable for payments under that portion of the Agreement applicable to the period prior to the Student’s actual death or disability and within 30 days after receiving notice of the Student’s death or disability, DRISHTIQ YOGA shall refund to the Student or her/his representative payments made in excess of this amount.
  • How do I cancel my account?
    • To change your account level, first look for the My Account link in the main navigation at the top right. Click on My Account. You will then see the details of your account with DRISHTIQ Yoga. Just below your current membership level you will see a Cancel link. Click that to review our cancellation policy, enter a reason for cancelling and confirm you want to cancel your account.
  • I’m having trouble viewing the live stream, what can I do?
    • Check that you are using a modern updated browser such as Internet Explorer 10+, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Try closing all your browser sessions and opening up a new one. If that doesn’t work please try restarting your computer and trying again. If none of the above steps work, please email us at info@drishtiqyoga.com.
  • I’m having trouble viewing the on demand classes, what can I do?
    • Check that you are using a modern updated browser such as Internet Explorer 10+, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Try closing all your browser sessions and opening up a new one. If that doesn’t work please try restarting your computer and trying again. If none of the above steps work, please email us at info@drishtiqyoga.com.
  • How can I see my previous invoices?
    • To view your previous invoice, first look for the My Account link in the main navigation at the top right. When you hover over the My Account navigation you will see a link for Invoices. Here you can see a listing of all invoices associated with your account. If you click on a invoice you can view the details and print the invoice.
  • How can I change my password?
    • To change your password, first look for the My Acocunt link in the main navigation at the top right. Click on My Acocunt. You will see a My Account section that lists your name, username and email. Below that their is a link that says Change Password. Click that link. You will be taken to a Profile page for your account. If you scroll down you will see a section for Account Management. There will be a button that says Generate Password. Click that and a textbox with generated password will appear. You can feel free to change the password to whatever you would like. The page will tell you if your password is strong or weak. If it’s a weak password you will have to confirm by checking the checkbox for “Confirm use of weak password”. Once you have entered a new password scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button for Update Profile.
  • I forgot my password, what can I do?
    • If you forgot your password and can’t login. Go to the Login page. At the bottom of the form there is a link for Lost Password. Click that link and enter your username or email. You will then receive an email with a reset password link. If you click the link in your email you will be taken to page on the DRISHTIQ Yoga website to create a new password. Once you save your new password you can then login using your username and new password combination.
