At DRISHTIQ Yoga we focus on FUN and let expectations fall away! Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for awhile, whether you are flexible, or not- we strive to help you be present, accept where you are today, and enjoy where the journey may take you. We have a variety of classes hot (90-95degree), warm (80-85degree), and non-heated classes (Gentle, Stretch, Restorative, Prenatal, and Meditation)- scheduled throughout the day, so you can find time for self care, your way, and enjoy becoming a part of our community- when it suits your schedule.
