FLow Level

Enjoy a yoga class accessible to all levels that uses a flowing series of postures to create heat within the body as you increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Flow Level 1 is good for new students, those interested in the fitness benefits of yoga, and anyone who wants to dive into a multi-level practice. Modifications of all poses are available.

Flow Level 2 will incorporate arm balancing and cardio moves and be paced a bit more quickly between the postures. This class is best for practitioners that have practiced yoga before and are ready for a bit more of a vigorous intermediate/advanced level practice.

Yin And YANG FLOW

A warm & balanced, respectful practice for students. Flow with grace and ease for 1/2 an hour focusing on alignment and the subtleties of the asana, flowing with the rhythm of the breath. Then winding down the class for the last 1/2 hour, settling into YIN where we hold the postures longer and settle deeper into the connective tissues & joints. Love your body, increase flexibility, decrease stress…leave refreshed!

Vinyasa

The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic sequence of traditional poses linked by breath. It integrates awareness, alignment, balance, strength, flexibility, and grace. You will find this class welcoming and challenging.

Vinyasa Flow

Enjoy an energetic yoga class that uses a flowing series of postures to create heat within the body as you increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Power Vinyasa Flow is good for new students who are physically active, those interested in the fitness benefits of yoga, and anyone who wants to dive into a multi-level yet strong practice. This class will focus on building up to more advanced postures such as inversions and arm balances as well and is typically accompanied by upbeat music.

Gentle Yoga

This class is great for everyone! It will include foundational breathing exercises and postures (standing, seated, and stretching on the floor). Gentle yoga is great for the body and mind to calm & center you. A gentle class is also beneficial for improving your health and well-being. Easy on the shoulders and great for beginners!!! A great practice to compliment any workout, yoga style, or simply ease into the practice of yoga. Try a gentle class and feel nurtured, supported, and de-stressed.

stretch and restore

In this more restorative class, the yogi will journey through a number of asanas that are designed to create space in the joints that are most affected in our day-to-day living. Focusing on our breath helps us to calm the mind so the body can repair itself. You will be gently guided through stretches and breathing techniques leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed as if waking up from a long deep sleep. Use of props such as blankets, straps, blocks, etc is encouraged to achieve the most beneficial pose for the individual. Discover yourself and your body and get inspired!

STRETCH AND RESTORE

Wind down with this evening class designed for yogis of all levels to reconnect with the body and calm the mind. This class offers a sequence of asanas that will build strength, increase flexibility, and promote relaxation. In listening to the body, the yogi is invited to challenge the body but always give it what it needs in return. The effects of the asanas can leave you feeling energized and focused building vitality and confidence helping you breathe a little easier!

YOGA ALIGNMENT and STRETCH

This class introduces asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yogic philosophy to those new to the practice of yoga. Detailed instruction is given emphasizing proper alignment, modifications, and adjustments in order for students to develop a safer yoga practice catered to the individual experience.
