I’m a believer that everything happens exactly when it’s supposed to happen.

I’m a believer that everything happens exactly when it’s supposed to happen. Thus, it was the right mix of yoga instructors/mentors and life circumstances that drew me into yoga 2 short years ago, and never let go! What began as a physical exercise program quickly turned into something I hadn’t counted on, but knew I was instantly drawn to. Since then, yoga has helped me drawback on some experiences I’d carefully tucked away in my subconscious brain.  Coming to my mat, day after day, has taught me much about allowing myself through breath and discipline, little by little, again and again, that I can move past anything.

I completed my 200-hour yoga certification through the amazing guidance and support I received through the Drishtiq program in June 2020 and began teaching a few short months later. Teaching to this amazing Drishtiq community of yogi’s has been rewarding in ways I couldn’t have dreamed possible. I enjoy the creativity of coordinating new flows that challenge my students and help them achieve their own personal best. Seeing their growth, hearing their stories, and watching them achieve their next levels has been more rewarding in these short months than I could have imagined.

As a native Cincinnatian and Mason area resident, I love to serve the community in which I live. I am married to my husband, Rob, of 25 years, have a freshman son, Athan, at Mason High School, and sell Real Estate. My passions are Real Estate, decorating, party planning, yoga, hiking/walking, my family, and my sweet dog, Buddy.
