I am strong, I am beautiful, I am Enough

I fell in love with yoga about 1 1/2 years ago. I had experienced a lot of hip and back pain for many years. I used to be very heavy and running helped me lose a lot of weight. Because of the pain, I considered giving up running. I love running and didn't want to give it up. Doctors had given me some temporary relief, but the pain would always come back. I decided to give yoga a try. I was amazed at how yoga made me feel. I now wake up in the night and think, "Wow, my legs don't hurt!" Balancing my running with yoga has been the key to keep me moving and pain free!

I am a coach and personal trainer and decided that sharing yoga with others could help them fall in love with this beautiful practice that truly is wonderful for the body. Yoga is beneficial to all ages and can transform lives!

Teacher training has helped me become active part of the wonderful yoga community at Drishtiq. The instructors at Drishtiq are incredible and I have learned so much more than I thought I would in teacher training. I feel I have made lifelong friends here I share my practice.
